We accept OEM  work and provide required compliance documentation. LAVAREDO (How It Works) 0) Consultation & Pre-Estimate Before we measure, we’ll review your brief and share a budget range . You provide:  floor plan/photos, approximate dimensions, preferred style/tones, and appliance list. We provide: Scope of work + suitable layout direction. Budget range  based on our E1 factory standard  (upgrade to E0  available). Value-driven material/hardware options (e.g., HMR , PUR edge , Soft-Close ). Note: pricing is confirmed (locked) after site measurement and final spec approval. 1) Site Measurement We verify actual dimensions, wall/floor level, power–water–duct points, and any condo/estate rules. Service fee:   THB 5,000   (fully deductible from the project invoice). Prepare:  latest plan, site photos, appliance models/sizes. 2) 3D Design & Proposal Our designers create true-to-site 3D  visuals—proportions, materials, color palette, and handle systems.We revise until you’re happy, then confirm the direction. 3) Final Quotation & Design Sign-off Receive a Final Itemized Quote —materials, hardware, countertop, lighting.Once you approve design and price, we move to production drawings. 4) 50% Deposit & Shop Drawing Approval Pay a 50% deposit .We issue Shop Drawings  (technical production drawings): dimensions, reveal gaps, power/plug/hood points.Review and approve for factory release. 5) Factory Production (≈ 30–45 working days) Manufacturing on working days (Mon–Fri)  only. Factory standard:   HMR E1 carcass , ABS edge band + PUR adhesive , Soft-Close  hardware. QC at every stage , then protective packing for delivery. 6) Installation & Final 50% Payment We protect floors/walls, install, and fine-tune  doors/drawers.Typical on-site time: ~5 days   (e.g., 3 days prep + 2 days install, depending on scope).
