Lavaredo offers multiple online and offline payment options to make your interior purchase hassle-free.

Q : 

1. Online Payments

A : 

Every online item can be purchased through our secure payment gateway using all major credit cards, debit cards, UPI, and wallets.

2. Offline Payments

A : 

All cheques, drafts, or bank transfers must be made in favor of Siam Art Marble Co., Ltd. Please confirm transfer details with your Lavaredo representative to avoid any processing delays.

3. Transaction Failures

A : 

If your online payment fails, rest assured that no amount will be deducted from your account. If you experience any issues, our team is here to help. Please check your internet connection and payment details, or contact our support team for prompt assistance.

4. Payment Terms

A : 

Project and order :
    A project refers to home design undertaking for a single home. Multiple orders can be placed for a single project (for eg., one order for modular products, a separate one for services such as loose furniture). Payments are processed on an order level.
Booking Lavaredo :
    You can book your interior project design visit at your house with Lavaredo by paying a booking fee which is charged at 3000 baht. The booking fee is adjusted against future orders.
    You have unlimited design changes until you are satisfied with the design, material and most importantly the price. Once you are fully satisfied with the design, materials, and pricing, a 30% advance payment (minus the 3,000 baht booking fee) is required to initiate production.
    *Note: all countertop and electrical appliances or any MEP work must be paid 100% before starting the project.
Payment gateway fee :
    A gateway processing fee of 3% (including VAT) will apply to all credit card payments. This fee is non-refundable and covers third-party transaction handling.
Payment terms for 45-day delivery (only available in Bangkok) :

  • 3000 Baht deposit for site-visit and interior design (deducted during order confirmation)

  • 30% of project value at order confirmation

  • 70% payment within 7 days of order confirmation (manufacturing only begins post 100% payment)

5. Will I be charged if I need any services after the end of the Lavaredo Warranty period?

A : 

We are happy to provide after-sales services even after your Warranty period expires. Service after the warranty period is still available. A basic travel charge of approximately 2,000 baht applies, with additional material or replacement costs billed as required.

6. Terms and Conditions

A : 

Timely payments are essential to avoid project delays. While Lavaredo will make every effort to adhere to the committed timeline, we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by late payments.
In case of project cancellation after 30% payment, As our projects are highly customized, we are unable to offer refunds in the form of cash or store credits after production has commenced. Thank you for your understanding.
