If you feel the project is not working out, we completely understand. Our goal is to help you exit the process with clarity and respect. Please refer to our detailed refund schedule to understand applicable deductions based on the stage of your project. For transparency, cancellation after the production stage may result in limited or no refunds.

2. Cancelling/ replacing product(s) in your order

Please contact your Lavaredo dealer directly, or reach out to us via LINE ID @lavaredo-kitchen or email at service@lavaredo-kitchen.com to request a cancellation or replacement. Kindly note that changes to your order may be subject to additional costs depending on the stage of processing.

3. What if I forgot my bill or have not registered the warranty?
A :
Don’t worry! In case you lose your physical customer contract or never registered your warranty through our LINE ID application, you can request the information by contacting Lavaredo customer support.

4. Can I renew my warranty once it expires?
A :
Currently, we do not offer extensions or renewals on Lavaredo warranties. However, we are actively working on expanding our service offerings in the near future.

5. Will I be charged if I need any services after the end of the Lavaredo Warranty period?
A :
We are happy to offer after-sales services even after your warranty period ends. A basic travel fee starting from 2,000 baht applies, and additional material charges may be incurred if replacements are required.

The Lavaredo Warranty is governed by ISO 9001:2015 international quality standards. This certification ensures that our processes across manufacturing, delivery, and installation meet rigorous benchmarks for customer satisfaction and service quality.
