Q : 1. Does Lavaredo offer warranty on services? What does it cover?

A : Lavaredo offers up to 100 days of on-site service warranty (including certified electrical and plumbing installation). We are proud to be among the few brands in the industry offering post-installation technical support as part of our customer commitment.
Q : 2. How can I claim warranty?

Q : 3. What if I forgot my bill or have not registered the warranty?

A : Don’t worry! Even if you've lost your physical customer contract or didn’t register the warranty, we can help retrieve your details and validate your warranty status through our support team.
Q : 4. Can I renew my warranty once it expires?

A : At present, we do not offer an extension or renewal of the Lavaredo warranty. However, we are continuously improving our service offerings and may introduce extended service plans in the future.
Q : 5. Will I be charged if I need any services after the end of the Lavaredo Warranty period?

A : Service after the warranty period is still available. A standard travel cost of approximately 2,000 baht applies, and material or replacement parts (if needed) will be quoted separately.

A : The Lavaredo Warranty is accredited by an international standard to demonstrate our commitment to quality service and customer satisfaction with ISO 9001:2015 - rigorous 146-point quality standards at different stages like manufacturing, delivery and installation to ensure the delivery of the highest quality home interiors. for you.
Terms and Conditions
1. Modular Systems​

10-year warranty on modular kitchens, wardrobes, and storage cabinets.

2. When will Lavaredo honor the warranty?​
​
-
The product supplied and installed is properly maintained and used for normal domestic use.
-
The product is still owned by the original purchaser.
-
The product is still at its original installed position and location.
-
The warranty has not expired, subject to limitations set forth through Lavaredo terms & conditions​
3. What is not covered under Lavaredo’s warranty?​
​
The Lavaredo warranty does not cover damages resulting from normal wear and tear, unauthorized modifications, or environmental factors beyond our control. For clarity, this includes the use of non-compatible components, exposure to moisture, or usage beyond the intended residential scope.
4. Additional Terms and Conditions

A. Lavaredo will not be held responsible for any claims arising out of defects due to material or workmanship of products not listed under claim terms.
B. Lavaredo warranty does not cover natural wear and tear or damage caused by rough handling or using the product beyond its intended use.
C. Lavaredo reserves the right to alter specifications in keeping with its policy of continuous product evaluation and improvement.
D. The scope of Lavaredo warranty cannot be changed or broadened by any authorized representative of Lavaredo.
E. Repair(s) and/or replacement(s) are subject to the current product offerings of styles and construction options within the Lavaredo product line, at the time of the claim. If a claim is filed after a Lavaredo product becomes obsolete or discontinued, Lavaredo will replace the affected component with a replacement component of a similar style based on availability at the time of the claim.
F. Any decision regarding repair of the said component (in part or whole) solely lies with the authorized Lavaredo representative. The decision will be made following an inspection by the representative whether to repair at site, or return product to the factory for refurbishing/ replacement.
G. Liability: Lavaredo will make all efforts to replace/ repair the said defect within a reasonable period of time. While Lavaredo will make every reasonable effort to address any issues promptly, we cannot be held responsible for any indirect losses resulting from delays or product limitations.
H. The warranty is not renewed in cases where the Lavaredo modular cabinets or components are replaced in part or whole during the said warranty period. The replaced parts will continue to be covered under our warranty only till the remainder of the period as indicated in its respective table. Barring components which carry a lifetime warranty, Unless otherwise specified, replaced components will remain under warranty for the remainder of the original warranty period. For semi-modular products and modular wardrobes, the warranty period is up to 3 years, and for accessories up to 10 years.
I. The terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Thailand. Bangkok courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any claim or dispute which might arise out of or in connection with these terms and conditions.
5. On-site services​
​
1. This warranty shall begin on “the commence date” that the consumer registers his warranty policy with Lavaredo by contacting us on LINE@ and furnishing all the purchase and personal details requested by Lavaredo. In order for this warranty policy to be valid, the registration needs to be done within thirty (30) days from the day of handover of the project or automatically registered 30 days after receiving the full-payment of the price.
2. After settlement of any claim, the warranty period will not start afresh.
3. Lavaredo must provide replacements only after inspection.
4. Lavaredo shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss or damages to the customer. The warranty policy shall not cover any defects arising out of factors out of control of Lavaredo, including but not limited to:
Natural calamities such as earthquakes, cyclones
Vandalism
Acts of God
Abuse or negligence by the customer
Normal wear and tear
Surface with contaminants
Failure or defects in the structure or previous coating
Any other external factors
8. Any claim made in terms of this warranty policy shall be made within 30 days of the consumer discovering any defect, damage or failure which gives rise to a claim.. Lavaredo shall use its best endeavors to ensure that the repair work is completed as soon as possible, but does not assume liability for delay in this respect.
9. Lavaredo is liable to process and execute any genuine repair or replacement request made by the customer within the warranty timeline in coordination with the respective brand.
10. Any additional charges including work done over and above fixing the identified defect will be chargeable by the brand. The cost of these additional charges is to be borne by the customer.
11. The facts and all matters concerning any dispute will be kept confidential by both the customer and Lavaredo at all times.
12. The cost of dismantling, reassembly & relocation of product, wherever required, will be borne by the customer. As a standard practice, Lavaredo will cover the product with protective covering, wherever required.
13. Repair(s) are subject to the current product offerings of styles and construction options within the Lavaredo product line, at the time of the claim. If a claim is filed after a Lavaredo product becomes obsolete or discontinued, Lavaredo will replace the affected component with a replacement component of a similar style/make based on availability at the time of the claim.
